The Dancepants
Lithuanian designers Inesa Malafej and Arunas Sukarevicius have created this Dancepants Kinetic Music Player concept. It allows you to use the kinetic energy to generate the power for the MP3 player, through running and dancing. The kinetic module is attached to the pants legs with the connection running along the leg up to a pocket where the MP3 player is connected. Want to listen longer? Just dance. Ely Kim, Yale’s graphic design student created this brilliant video as his entry for Michael Bierut’s ‘100 Days’ Workshop at the university. Titled “BOOMBOX”, its features he him self documenting of 100 dances to 100 songs, in 100 days in 100 locations, The soundtrack is awesome, to many great ones, can’t decide which dance/shirt/song is my fav :).
