Dell has launched a new education notebook called the Latitude 2100 netbook. It was designed for student and protected with rubberized case for easy handling and increased durability. There’s also an optional carrying strap that make even easier to carry around just like a school bag. Here are the specs:

• Up to 1GB fixed RAM; Additional memory slot to accommodate up to 2GB RAM total
• Display: 1024×576 LED screen, optional touch screen
