The car is called the the BlackforceOne. This monster is actually a limited edition Chevrolet Corvette C6 inspired by Air Force One. Only 25 of them were made. The BlackforceOne is powered by a twin-turbocharged V8 engine churning out 783hp. It hit 3.4 seconds only in the 0-60. More pictures after the jump.

Folks at Royal Plaza On Scotts, 5 star business hotel in Singapore have created the Asia’s First Life-sized Bread F1 car. It was not very clear in the video, but I think the VW was a Diesel while the Honda was Gasoline/Petroleum.
AFAIK, Diesel fuel contains more energy per volume than petroleum does, (though Diesel often costs less by volume for reasons of marketing, volume sold etc.)
In which case it’s not really a fair comparison.
